PSM hosted an intensive and deep-dive technical conference at its Headquarters in Jupiter, FL, US for power plant operators representing E & F-Class Gas Turbines. The objectives were: (1) an overview of the global power market trends and the importance of the PSM/Ansaldo Energia alliance, (2) presentations on the innovative offerings PSM has recently brought to market, (3) conversation in a product-heavy exhibition, supported by marketing collateral and PSM staff to answer questions, (4) putting current & prospective customers together to share service-provider experiences & needs, and finally (5) support customer-led presentations on recent PSM product introductions, allowing them to share their experiences & lessons learned.
Throughout all of this, our Commercial, Product, Engineering & Project Teams were engaged with the guests, sharing product value propositions and technical knowledge, understanding new opportunities, and hearing how we can improve our service execution. Our audience was not shy; we gained valuable insight into their specific current and future requirements and needs which will be used to shape and guide our business strategy. Because many of our customers come from diverse backgrounds, the final activity was a full-day tutorial on Gas Turbine Fundamentals supported & delivered by our Engineering Team. The next steps?
