In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, PSM is once again demonstrating the company’s commitment to safety and innovation by taking a pro-active approach in finding new ways to communicate with our customers and the power generation industry.
The safety of our employees, our customers and our communities has always been one of our driving principals. Given the strict limitations on travel for in-person engagements, such as trade shows, customer visits and conferences, PSM believes it is imperative to ensure clear channels of communication with our partners from around the world.
To this end, PSM has established a new exciting capability to facilitate virtual connections with the launch of our PSM In-House Production Studio! Leveraging state-of-the-art broadcasting and content-creation capabilities, we will be able meet “face to face” with our customers and industry colleagues to offer interactive presentations, including the newly launched “Ask the PSM Expert” series, as well as conduct customer meetings, host live and recorded webinars, live shop tours and more!
The inaugural PSM Studio live broadcast took place on June 30th as PSM participated in the 7F Users Group’s first fully virtual conference. Our interactive webinar entitled “What Else Do You Need From your 7F Power Plants?” during the Conference was attended by over 200 7F Users from around the world, and highlighted PSM’s engineered solutions for enhancing gas turbine power plant performance. Additionally, in-depth discussions on topics such as digital solutions, market assessments, service and flexibility upgrades were hosted by members of the PSM team in roundtable format discussions following the presentation.
