PSM hosted a “Technical Day” at this year’s 501F Users Group, held February 21st-24th in San Antonio, Texas. Geared to inform existing & potential customers about recently introduced 501F product & service offerings, PSM’s Executive and Engineering teams spoke to over 100 users in a 4-hour technical session.
This year’s program was focused on communicating PSM’s commitment to the customer, as we join with Ansaldo Energia as a global provider of gas turbine power plant products and services. Stefano Gianatti, SVP of Service at Ansaldo, was in attendance for the event and met with a number of customers . Our sessions focused on providing interactive discussions on our complete 501F product portfolio. This included PSM new-make components, reconditioning capabilities including upgrades, rotor solutions, exhaust cylinder and manifold replacements, and the Flamesheet™ combustion system.
Additionally, a separate presentation was given by John Henriquez from our Service Engineering team on our customer support capabilities and combustion tuning fundamentals. We also participated in a Vendor Fair, with the Sales team explaining the benefits of our offerings, with an impressive equipment display. As a thank you to the Users, PSM hosted a Western themed dinner complete with trick roper and country-western trio!
